File delivery is available within 24 hours after the end of the session with an initial video with the live cuts. If further editing or social media snippets are requested, those are typically delivered within 72 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the Studio located?
The Studio is located on the first floor in Cherwell Business Village in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As you enter Cherwell Business Village, the main building will be straight ahead of you on the right hand side.
Is there parking at the Studio?
Yes, there is a unreserved car park with space for over 40 vehicles on-site which is free for all visitors.
What do I need to bring?
You are encouraged to bring a change of clothes (if you're filming multiple podcast episodes or videos for socials), invite your guests if you’re podcasting, and bring yourself and your voice. That's it, we've got everything else covered!
How many people can you record?
The studio can accommodate up to four people for an audio-only podcast recording or up to three people for a video podcast recording.
What if my guests can’t be in the studio?
If your guests are unable to attend in person, we offer hybrid recording sessions, ensuring that you still get all the benefits of recording in the studio while also capturing your remote guest’s audio in the highest possible quality.
How quickly can I recieve my files?
For podcasts, the initial video with the live cuts is available within 24 hours after the recording ends. If further editing or social media snippets are requested, these are typically delivered within 3 business days.
Will there be someone to help?
Yes! You will have an on-hand audio and video engineer for your entire booking.

Do you post my videos for me?
YouTube channel and social media management are a separate service. If you would like us to do this for you, there will be an additional fee of £1500 per month.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value will be refunded to you for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out from your session will not be refunded.
